Now this is a smoothie. So easy and so yummy! Make sure you really blend it well so the flax seed disappears or you have to drink it with a straw.
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup yogurt
2 Tablespoons flax seed
1 Tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 medium banana, ripe
Add the milk and seeds and blend till the seeds disappear. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend till smooth!
Add a few ice cubes if it is too thick!

I changed the peanut butter to almond butter and substituted in almond milk for regular milk and next time I would change the regular yogurt for goat yogurt.
