Hummus and Nori Wrap

Hi all.  Well it has been awfully hectic around here.  Like all of you we don't seem to have time to make a big dinner these last few day.  I am taking tons of classes and have so much reading to do that I am swamped.  My last day at ACS was yesterday so I had all that work to distribute and organize. Garson is single handily putting a new roof on his apartment building so has been working long days  Because of all this "stuff" we have been eating quick meals.  We love a good Nori wrap.  Here is my hummus recipe - very easy and feel free to add whatever you want. Once the hummus is made construct a healthy wrap like this:  put a little romaine or red leaf on the sheet of Nori and spread out a generous helping of hummus, tomato, cucumber, micro greens and a little ginger miso dressing, roll and enjoy.

Hummus
2 15oz cans of chickpeas, rinsed and drained twice, hot or warmed in the microwave
1/3 cup of lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup tahini
dash of Asian sweet red pepper sauce
handful of fresh basil

Put all the ingredients in a food processor for 3 or 4 minutes until smooth.
Taste and add whatever your in the mood for.
chopped black olives, capers, sun dried tomatoes, shredded carrots..........
